Question : Hi, my issue started tonight around 8 or 830 pm EST. I am not able to sleep and have been in the bathroom all night as I feel as if I need to urinate but very little is coming out. The minute I lay down I feel the urge to urinate again and again. It has not stopped.

It could be due to Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hias per your description,it looks like Urinary tract infection.
I prescribe Tablet Norfloxacin 400mg along with Syrup Citralka- 5ml in 100ml of water twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
Anxiety should be reduced.I prescribe Tablet Clonazepam 0.5mg at bedtime to reduce anxiety.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
