Question : Hi my mum is having severe presyncope episodes up to an hour period after eating. Is now not eating and in bed. fit and healthy on all blood tests. ct scan showed some fluid in the oesophagus. any suggestions on what it could be?

I think it can be reactive hypoglycemia .
It is more characteristics in people suffering from diabetes or pre diabetes.
The rise of insulin levels faster than glucose levels. The reason may be unknown.
She should test blood sugar levels fasting and post prandial and HbA1c too.
