Question : Hi my name is Blake and I have a rash on my very inner thigh. It’s been about 2 weeks now and I’ve tried a couple different creams and haven’t had much luck. It’s not huge maybe a couple inches but it’s very itchy and irritating throughout the day. I just purchased hydro cortizone cream and am going to start trying that. Do you have any other suggestions?

As per your history, it may be fungal infection which should get evaluated.

Please let me know do you have fever/allergy to any food or medication?

Mean while, I would suggest you to apply clotrimazole ointment locally and tablet loratidine 10 mg for itching. These medications are available OTC.

Along with that, avoid sweating/hot and humid environment. Use loose cotton clothes. Maintain proper hygiene.
