Question : Hi, my name is Christopher. I have seen several doctors and am currently working with a surgeon who is running a battery of tests so far all coming up negative. Feb of 2018 I had a cholecystectomy and appendectomy. I am graduated as an EMT last fall so I do have fair medical knowledge. since my surgery my symptoms include, chronic headaches, muscle pain and weakness, fatigue whether I sleep for 4 hours or 15, abdominal bloating and cramping, crappy immune system ( I have had Sinusitis 3 times in 6 months). I used to be a workaholic now I can barely stand working 20 hours a week. I just want to be healthy again.

Hi
After any Abdominal Surgery,chances of adhesions and postoperative pain is common.If it is mild, simple anti spasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine is sufficient.
Regarding other symptoms like headache, weakness,fatgue etc are non specific.It could be due to some stress.
I prefer Breathing exercises to my patients with similar complaints.
Take high protein diet.
As all the investigations including CT scan are normal, nothing to worry about.
Please post the reports of Endoscopy and Colonoscopy once they are done.
