Question : Hi, my partner breaks into red dots on chest and inner legs after intercourse or prolonged physical touch. The rashes can be itchy at times and take about one to two weeks to go away. I have tried switching to PH balance body washes and cutting off certain foods from my diet but nothing has helped thus far.

thank you - I will try to obtain pictures. Can you clarify if you think my partner has CU or myself? He only gets these rashes after contact with me otherwise he never gets rashes. Is it possible that something in my body oils is making him break out?

Cholinergic urticaria happens when the body gets heated up.
He should get similar rash when ever he does any physical activity such as gym or cycling or sexual intercourse.
If he is having such lesions only on contact with you then there must be something on your body which is allergic to him.
Please answer the following questions so that I can get a better view.
1. Do you both live in same house?
2. Does he get the rash only when he comes in contact with you or sometimes even without contact he develops rashes ?
3. Does he develop rash on any other strenuous physical activity?
4. Do you apply any type of perfumes or deodorant?
5. Does he wear condom while sexual intercourse?
6. Are you taking any type of medication for any disease ?
7. He develops rashes even with minimal physical contact with your skin or only during sexual activity.
