Question : Hi my whole life basically since I was around 10-12 I got these horrible pain mouth and vaginal ulcers. I saw soo many drs and nothing one dr suggested it was Crohn’s disease of Behçet’s disease but did not move forward with anytbing. She suggested steroids but as I said did not move forward. Also did lab test on me. Stool came back with inflammation and also had a colonoscopy which was fine. Right now I have about 7 sores in my genitals and I am suffering from a lot of pain, I can hardly walk, it burns to pee, and more keep growing, and nothing seems to help, I did salt baths but nothing

I suggest that need to look at bechets as a possibility, you should check esr,crp, also gene test for hla b51.
normally,colchicine,steroids or nsaids should work.else immunomodulatory drugs may need to be given.
