Question : Hi please I need some help. I’m having a yellow discharge coming out of my penis and also my left eye is red. I also have painful urination but, the pain goes away when I’m constantly drinking water.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concern. Going by the description it seems that you have an urinary tract infection which could be associated with prostatitis. The first thing I would suggest is to get an urine tested for routine microscopy and culture sensitivity. The next thing is to continue to drink plenty of water. Based on the report you would possibly need to be treated with suitable antibiotics.

I am not certain whether the eye redness has any association. However, I would insist you to upload an image. It will help me to guide you further.
