Consult with urologist.... Required further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, there can be other causes for frequent urination which should get evaluated.
Please let me know do you have blood in urine, fever?
For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with urologist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure ultrasound or computed tomography abdomen with pelvis, complete hemogram to rule out bladder stone or overactive bladder.
Second thing, ideally we have to wait for 7 days for confirmative culture results.
Mean while, continue antibiotics as advised. You may require tablet urimax after urologist consultation. Keep your self hydrated.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further....

may be due to renal stone...required further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
As you are also having low back cramps along with frequent urination, it may be due to renal stone also. If culture report after 7 days showed no growth than it's less likely due to infection.
So, for further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with urologist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure ultrasound or computed tomography abdomen with pelvis to rule out renal/bladder stone or overactive bladder.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Keep yourself hydrated
Hope I have answered your query.
