Question : Hi sir, My name is Krishnakishore last two weeks onwards my body joints and bones are pain. Total my body loss 4 to 5 kgs. Now I unable to narmol works. I am using vitamin and bone calciuy tablets using doctor suggestion. XXXXXXX or July I am participating sex with condom once suddenly condom burustrd. I am narmol participating without condom. Afterwards my friend suggested , 3 to 4 times participating sex with double condom. No problem. Is any HIV is attack in my doubt? Last 2 week onwards I am so tired and not sleep well, but there is no fever and head ache. Only tidness and nerves and bones pain. I am fearing more now. Please explain any cause.

Since a broken condom amounts to unprotected sex there is a risk of HIV. Did you do screening for HIV after that incident? If not, I suggest you to take a 4th generation HIV screening test for P24 Ag and anti HIV antibody.

Regarding HIV testing

Detailed Answer:
hi.

Your symptoms don't necessarily mean that you have HIV. However, since acute retroviral illness in HIV infection can seem like a normal flu in which there may be fever, rash, tiredness and swollen lymph nodes. It usually starts 6 - 10 weeks after HIV infection. Hence, I suggest you to take a 4th generation HIV screening test first. This would either help rule out or indicate HIV as a cause of these symptoms.
