Question : Hi sir, unfortunately 10 to 15 drops fell to Into glass of water. Then I throwed away the water and filled glass with RO water. And I almost drunk 100 ml water. While drinking I felt some different taste of water. And finally I saw some layer on surrounding to wall of glass.
Now to deneutralize that contaminated water. I drunk 100 ml hot water and again 100 ml of salt water.
I am slightly feeling toungue irritation like vomitting sensation.
Now I request doctor about my situation and what should be done next.please suggest me .

Allout and related mosquito repellents contain pyrethrin or related compounds as active ingredient. It is indeed toxic to body but the lethal dose will be around five to ten ml. It can cause health problems only if it is taken intentionally and it large amounts is taken as in case of suicide attempts.
In your case you have flushed the glass with water and only small traces might have entered the body, you didn’t develop symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain also.
So the there is no obvious poisoning and you will not develop any health issues and no treatment is required either.
