Question: Hi sir,my self Rinchu k george. Before 1 year I got married and I am in saudi. Now from 3 months me and my partner are ready for a baby . Whenever I am trying to intercourse with my partner at her ovulation time, sperm fluid is not happening. I thought my mind got changed to some where so the fluid is not happening. So this 3 months we are not able to try for pregnancy. Pls help us to overcome this situation.

It seems that you are having dry ejaculations and the amount of semen is too low. Sometimes even if the amount of semen is less it is sufficient to fertilize an egg. It is best to get your semen analysis done to find out if the sperm count is normal or not. You can upload the report in the box provided on the right hand side of this query page.
To increase the amount of semen it is best to avoid alcohol, smoking or tobacco use and try to have a healthy diet with an antioxidant and multivitamin supplement.
