Hi There, I Am A Male In My 30s And

Question: Hi there, I am a male in my 30s and for the past few weeks when I go to the toilet, when I am done and wash myself, I sometimes feel specks down there around anus. Didn't think much of it and thought it could be feces leftover or whatever.

Last night I felt the need to go wash my anus and I immediately felt them again, only this time there where more and I had to stop and check. They felt just like how you would expect pieces of cotton / toilet paper to feel, and when I took an image that's also how they look like. However, I don't wear white underpants and I don't use toilet papers, and the source seems to be from within the anus rather than from outside.

I am undergoing laser hair removal every month but I doubt that's the cause since, again, the source seems to be from within the anus.

Could this be pinworms or dried white mucus? I took the images after I tried to wash the area so I that could have some impact.

The last two were taken after I washed.

These white spots needs to tested by swab test , it can be benign wart or HPV infection ,so once go to general physician to rule out infection , if it's positive then needs treatment, surgeon is good option in your case

Hi Doctor, thanks for your reply. Did you take a look at the images I attached ? they aren't warts as I washed them away ..

I am talking about the white residue that looks like toilet paper residue (they aren't).. nothing that's attached to the skin ..
