Hi There, I Had An Ice Pack On My Leg

Question: Hi there,

I had an ice pack on my leg and my skin turned hard and white, I immediately removed when I noticed and out a lukewarm towel on the area. Now the skin is red and welted. I out aloe on and it is now burning. Not sure if I should be going to the emergency room.
