Question : Hi there. I took a valium last night to help me sleep as my mind was overwrought... I've had full on lectures all week. I have an ayahuasca ceremony tomorrow night. Is it still safe to do? I have drunk ayahuasca before, but not after taking valium two nights before.

Valium has an effect on a human body only for 8 hours. Small concentrations may still be in blood for some more hours but in 2 days you should be fine and not under its effect any more.
