Question : Hi there, I've a question about a possible STI. I was with an escort on Thursday. We didn't have sex, but she touched herself, she then gave me a handjob with lube and I came. I don't know if she had any infections but if she did caught she have passed something on to me with her hand. My left testicle has been a little achy since then.

Hence in the later scenario I would suggest screening for genital herpes, HPV, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia as well as HIV.
