Hi There. Trying To Interpret My Partners Labs. His CPK

CPK elevated in cases of muscles damage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
Elevated CPK enzyme levels are associated with muscles breakdown.
These muscles may be the muscle of the heart (infarction), or skeletal muscles.
In cases of seizures, there may be a degree of muscles damage that may increase CPK levels in the blood.
Vitamin B12 may be found increased in cases of liver disease (cirrhosis for example), blood disorders such as polycythemia vera, etc.
The albumin/creatinine ratio is used as a screening tool for nephropathy (kidneys damage).
Could you please look again, cause there are no photos linked/attached to your question.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I saw the attachment that you uploaded.
As we discussed before, this test was done to evaluate microalbuminuria, and results are negative.
Hope I helped you.
