Question: Hi this is Riya. My husband is having problem with his penis, his anus part has dried up and it bleeds whenever it comes it contact with trouser, he gets hurt and it pains a lot.

* As per my clinical experience, dryness over anus part may be due to sweat
glands related issues with or without fissure development.

phimosis, needs surgery of circumcision for definite cure.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the relevant details with attached photo image of the penis.
* There is excess of foreskin known as phimosis with inability to retract
foreskin due to that which leads to repeated cracks in the distal foreskin
part leading to balanitis ( redness with itching and pain ).
* The final cure for this condition is surgery of circumcision.
My guidelines for better recovery till he gets definite treatment
- keep penis clean with antiseptic liquid or soap
- local application of Neosporin skin ointment over tip of penis
- wear loose, clean, cotton inner wear
- avoid tight jeans, under garments
- avoid sexual intercourse without condom
- control of blood sugar
* He must take consultation with expert Surgeon for physical examination
and decide plan of final cure of lifetime.
