Question : Hi this morning I was brushing my teeth and mistook my tooth paste with my face wash should I be concerned.

As long as there is no toxicity mark on the package (usually skull and crissbones) there is no reason to be concerned at all. And even is so (what is almost impossible) the dosage is still tiny. So no reason to be worried at all.
