Question : Hi what is this on My sons mouth ? A Cold sore ? He seems fine and if Cold sore should I worry. He is 8 month old

It might be a cold sore as per the site and appearrence...

You should wait and watch for a week to see if it resolves.
In case if it does not resolve or increase in number consult a Pediatrician and get checked..
