Question : Hi,,, while driving a vehicle sometimes I feel like having headach or light headed or pressure on eyes (I wear number glasses but not always and checked the eyes recently). This happens generally in the morning even after having 7 hours sleep and normal BP (I am on medication for BP and Sugar both).

I had a vertigo problem for almost three to four months from Oct 2018 to XXXXXXX 2019 and I have taken medication as per RX from your expert doctors. Also doing exercise.

By the way I was used to drive Sadan car of longer size for almost 20 years and suddenly I have shifted to bulky SUV which is not that stable or planted on road like sadan due to its built.

Hii. You should consult both Ent physician and medicine doctor. You should undergo all the vestibular tests specially Dixhallpike test and cerebellar tests. Check your blood pressure,sugar. Have a Ecg and echocardiogram. If your vestibular tests are normal then you may need to do a ENG. The causes of your symptoms may be related to balance system of ear,or any sort of cardiac and medicine causes. Please review with reports.
