The moles have been there for most of my life, but used to be flat and brown. One started bleeding last week and scabbed over. Not itchy most days. Somewhat raised and bumpy

The moles seem to be looking normal but bleeding is not considered normal in a mole.
I would recommend you to consult a doctor and get them examined clinically.
