Question : Hi, would a CMP, CBCD or AIC blood test show any trace of cocaine use. Stupidly I did it with old college friends wit5hout thinking, now I am sick with worry

Cocaine is not identified in any of the blood tests you mention.
A urine test will detect a breakdown product of cocaine in the urine for 2-3 days after the last use.
Cocaine can predispose users to blockage of blood vessels resulting in heart attack as well as affecting other organs.
