Benign Paroxismal vertigo is possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think that nausea and dizziness may be related to haemangioma of T10 and bulking disc. They can cause tingling sensation, pain but not nausea and dizziness.
Also elevated alkaline phosphatase can't cause nause and dizziness.
The problem of dizziness and nausea mainly when getting out of bed may be related to inner ear issues possibly benign paroxismal vertigo. It is caused by movement in different directions of calcum particles in middle ear.
It would be better if you visit a ENT doctor.
Taking betahistine may ease it.
It can go by itself itself for weeks and then come again.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

My gp. Mentioned a neurology referral and? Brain scan.
Do you think these are necessary?
Leg has got a bit better from knee to ankle now not toes.
Nerve compressions by disk.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
The leg tingling and partial numbness in left leg may be caused by haemangioma and protruding discs compressing the nerves at the sides of vertebral column. That's why your general physician may have recommended you to visit a neurologist.I don't think a brain scan is needed but a CT of spine.

A neurologist is needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking.
I don't think tingling sensation and numbness may be related to multiple sclerosis.
I think it can be because of nerve compressions by haemangioma or protruding discs.
Possibly the CT scan can show it and a neurologist may interpret it.
Let me know if you further.
Best regards.
