Recently had blood test My t4 level is 12.5 and t3 and tsh are completely normal. is there any abmormality

Thanks for the query.
The normal range for T4 is 5.0 to 12.0 micrograms per deciliter (μg/dL). Borderline elevation is not significant as TSH is normal.
As of now no further evaluation or treatment is required. You can repeat the test after couple of months. Next time you have to do a freeT3(FT3) and freeT4(FT4) instead of T3 and T4 to get a better clinical picture.
