Hi Thanks for posting the query

I have gone through the attached reports.
Shivam Chorat: Has High ESR indicating recent infection, inflammation and some times age factor also increases the count.
High HBA1c indicating need for good diabetic control. with medications and lifestyle changes
Altered lipid profile would need medication for which he has to be examined by physician once.

Sureka Chorat: Almost all the parameters are with in normal range so need not worry.
