Question: Hii !! I am Mehulsinh Jadeja, a chemical engineer by profession residing in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Since one and half month i am suffering from runny nose and snizzes especially in morning. I know these are symptoms of rhinosinusitis. I am also taking pills (dio-1 and bzon) if symptoms gets worsen which sometimes gives me temporary relief. Is there any treatment or tests which can give long term relief and i get to know what exactly i am allergic to?

After going through your medical query I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that yes, it could be allergic rhinitis and you may require antihistamines off and on to treat it.

I’ll recommend you to get an allergy skin test, serum IgE and TEC done and consult an ENT specialist personally for prescripted treatment.

You can make some minor changes to you day routine to avoid the irritation by using nasal mask to which minimises your exposure to allergens such as pollen and dust mites.
