As per your history, You (female) is O + ve and boy is A - ve. It's safe for marriage.

It will not affect or cause any issue during future pregnancies as you are O +ve (Rh factor positive).

It may concern or you have to take extra precautions /treatment if you are Rh - ve in view of Rh incompatibility.
