Brief Answer:
sudden massive thrombotic occlusion in coronary circulation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have read your query and feel sorry for sad demise of your mother.

* As per my surgical experience, sudden massive thrombotic occlusion in the coronary
circulation is the prime suspicious cause for the explained phenomenon.

However details of previous medical history and other relevant information would be more helpful to comment further judiciously.

Take care.
