I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I would suggest you to give him multivitamins such as syp. Bevon 5 ml once a day for increase in appetite. If your kid enjoys eating gummies you can try them too. You have to deworm your child every 6 months. You can give him syp.zental 10 ml only once every 6 months. Try and feed him atleast 6 meals a day.
