Question : History of geographic tongue. Slightly raised, reddish spot (lession?) on side of tongue today. Not ulcer or blister. No pain or disease history. Sign of HIV?

It is not a sign of HIV.

Thanks for the query.
It look like a geographic tongue only.
In most of the cases it is benign self limiting condition and in most of the cases it will resolve by it own.
When did you first notice the lesion?
If there is no improvement or warning sign like pain or enlarged neck nodes a biopsy may be required to rule out any other causes.
