Question: I HIT MY LEFT ARM AGAINST ONE OF MY WALL CORNER AND A KNOT HAS CAME ON IT?

1. RIGHT ARM/RIGHT BELOW THE ELBOW AND OVER TO THE RIGHT A LITTLE.
2. YES
3. IN THE SAME AREA.
4.YES
5. YES AND SOME IN MY HAND PLUS SOME TIGHTEN
6. AROUND 2:00 PM/PACIFIC TIME

Haematoma still my diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
I will advice to put some ice in towel on it for about 10 minutes few times per day, and elevate the arm with sling or use a pillow to keep it up. It should improve in couple of days.

If the pain not settling then you need x-ray of the elbow.
