Brief Answer:
Following medicines for conjunctivitis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Conjunctivitis is going around, and you need to be careful to not spread it further. Wash your eyes regularly with normal-cold water and soap (if soap doesn't irritate eyes).
* Wash your hands often
* Do not give your used towel or handkerchief to others
* Use protective goggles
* Avoid use of contact lens
* Avoid touching eyes

Medicines: one of the following can be tried
- Moxiflox eye drops twice a day for 3 days (antibiotic for bactrial infection, if whitish discharge from the eyes)
- Clear eyes redness relief eye drops (pocket pal) for 1-2 days or as required if redness is too much
- Srinetra eye drops for 3 days (ayurvedic formulation, to be used after Moxiflox 3 days regime is over)

It will get better in few days. If it gets worse, then see an eye doctor immediately.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vaishalee
