Brief Answer:
Looks like warts

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be warts only.
There are more than 120 strains of HPV. So it's not possible to find the subtype of HPV causing warts.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by chemical cauterisation or radiofreqency ablation.
Besides this, to stop progression you can take capsule isotretinoin 20 mg daily and tablet zinc sulphate 200 mg once daily for 2-3 months.
These medicines will stop the spread of warts.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them..

So doctor are these genital warts or in other words hpv? Also, what kind of drugs are these you wrote on the previous message? My dermatologist has told me to take vitamin c and antioxidants. Should i stop them? Also, are these warts dangerous for my girlfriend? Should i use condom? I feel very stressed because no one has exactly described my condition, i mean the doctors here are not sure about these warts. I forgot to write that my girlfriend has diagnosed with trachylitys, so is there correlation her condition with mine?
Thank you in advance

One of the medicine is zinc which is given as an immunomodulator to increase immunity and other is a retinoid.
Body are helpful in avoiding the spread of warts.
You can stop vitamin C and antioxidants.
Warts can be transmitted sexually. They could spread to your girlfriend.
Use a condom during sex.
