It stated roughly 2.5 months ago. Yes there was burning and itching. Soreness. Yes im sexually active. I’m married and faithful

According to your complaints it could be dermatitis or fungal infection.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and anti fungal like beclomethasone and clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetirizine 10 mg once daily for 7-10 days.
