Hello,

I have gone through your attached test report and you seem to have a few issues as following:

- Cholesterol: you seem to be on the higher border of cholesterol. If you are already taking any medications, then kindly mention if so. If not, for now, I would suggest you to maintain a strict diet with fat and protein restriction and also to engage in physical activity like aerobics or yoga or brisk walking for 30 minutes.

- Vit- D levels: You seem to have a mild deficiency in Vit D levels for which I would suggest you to take D-VION XXXXXXX 60,000IU once weekly for 4 weeks. You can then get a repeat test done after a month to check the levels.

- Total protein: There seems to be a marginal increase in this level, which can either be due to a technical lab error or can be due to dehydration. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and avoid stress and get adequate amounts of sleep. This is not worrisome at this point.

- CBC: shows a mild anemia. I would suggest you to have green leafy veggies which are rich in iron, red meat, tofu, beetroot etc, this should help in replenishing your iron stores in your body.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,

Regards

Normal

Hello again,
Thanks for writing back,

Yes, the changes in your ECG is consistent with the agitation during the procedure and does not relate to any underlying condition. So, nothing to worry about that.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further or else kindly close the query and give your positive feedback,

Thank you doctor for such a quick response, and should I be worried about high calcium or albumin levels in my blood? Any reason for this to occur?

Hi again,
Thanks for writing back,

As far as your albumin levels are concerned, it still is in the normal levels as 5.5 is the cut off. It can just be due to some dehydration or any previous high protein rich diet. Just drink plenty of fluids and avoid too much of protein rich food and you should be fine.

For your calcium levels, I wouldn't be much concerned about it, as it is just above the normal range. But just to rule out any other possible underlying conditions, I would suggest you to do a PTH hormone test. If it comes out normal, then there is nothing to worry at all.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,
