                                            Needs to be confirmed
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Most of the times these are atrial or ventricular premature complexes and precipitated by stressful situations, sometimes with just age and other causes. These are usually benign and self limiting, but should be evaluated. If you are experiencing those now as well then it's better to get one ecg done and confirm those. If confirmed then we usually subject the patients to echo and stress test to rule out structural heart disease and ischemic cause.
I guess you don't have any underlying disease like diabetes, hypertension, and if not decrease the probability of any ischaemic or structural heart disease. Also, smoking, alcohol, too much of caffeine may precipitate and aggravate these, so try to avoid these if any. So overall, get one ecg done if possible to confirm these.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
