Question : My husband is nauseous and dizzy after working in a moldy environment today. He also is Type2 diabetic.

I can understand your concern. Causes of nausea and dizziness after working are hypoglycemia, smell of any irritating substance at workplace, hypovolemia due to dehydration, long standing work. Let me know whether he has fever, abdominal pain, loose motion? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

I'd suggest you to take tablet ondensetron 4 and mg. Take oral rehydration solution with one litre of water. As these are prescriptions medicine, so consult with your doctor. Drink lot of fluids. Take rest. Take proper diet. Check blood sugar level. Do blood pressure monitoring. Kindly follow up if you have any query. Take care.
