Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy and peripheral arterial disease.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The hives you are having are mostly due to impaired blood circulation on your skin due to diabetes. Long-term diabetes with hyperglycemia tends to damage overall vessels also skin vessels.

The pain you are experiencing in the leg is due to peripheral neuropathy and peripheral arterial disease. This is very bad conditions of circulation and also dangerous that can lead to untreatable wounds and amputation.

You need to increase insulin dosage and also morphine dosage for the pain you are experiencing.
Also take care of your legs that they may not be wounded.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
