The sexual dysfunction is relatively less compared to other older generation SSRI antidepressants but it is surely a expected side effect.

The incidence of the side effect and the duration of medication needed to cause the side effect is subjective.

The fact that you were on SSRI's before for longer duration can be considered for the lack of side effects now. Tolerability may be much higher here.
