Brief Answer:
Please elaborate the symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from healthcare magic.com

I can understand your concern. ADD in a lot of individuals persist in adulthood too. Ritalin or Adderall both are stimulant drugs and are prescribed for ADD symptoms. You have been off drugs now and this is a good thing. Its relatively difficult to stop these drugs.

But now the symptoms are getting worse. In such case I'd advise you to go for re-evaluation. If the worsening of symptoms are due to ADD then there is need to start stimulants again. If worsening of symptoms like poor focus, inattention etc are seen then that could be due to depression and should be treated accordingly. If Celexa didn't work then other antidepressants like Wellbutrin or Zoloft etc can be used. These drugs are relatively better tolerated. Please elaborate what kind of worsening of symptoms is there?

Thanks. Take care
