Question: Good Afternoon Dr. XXXXXXX - I have already consulted you. My age is 56 and I am diabetic for the last 2 years. I was on Glunorm SR 1g morning/evening and my blood sugar level was between 155-175. As per your advise I started taking Gluconorm 1G Forte in the night and Glucornorm SR 1G in the morning . I have yesterday got all my tests done. My HbA1c is 7.7 - fasting was 132 and post meal it was 160. I am not able to upload my complete blood test report (108 tests done). Once you reply, I will be able to upload my complete blood test report for your perusal. Please advise further treatment.

Hi,

Most of the reports are good. You need to increase the diabetes management. The plan would be to make tab Gluconorm G1 Forte twice a day, both morning and evening.

Recheck your sugars in a week and let me know. Follow your dietary plan and walk regularly. Post dinner, keep 2 hrs between dinner and bed and try to be active during that time.
