How Can I Address The Headache I Have Been Having Primarily On The Right Side Of The Head?

Question: Hello,
This question is for my father who is 62 years old.
He's healthy for his age and has no diabetes or blood pressure issues so far.
But he started having headache (primarily on the right side of the head) from past 1-2 months and from past 1 week its frequency has increased and he keeps having headache every day when he wakes up.
I assumed this to be a migraine problem and took him to an ENT specialist who considering his age also advised to get a CT Scan done just to be on safer side.
So we got his CT Scan - Brain done today and please find attached report of the same.
Does the report say anything abnormal or does this need any medical intervention? If yes, could you please let me know if its better that I consult a neurologist face to face to discuss the next step?
Also, could you kindly help me understand the issue on the report?

Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and report and understand your concern.
The report is nearly normal for this age.
Diffuse cerebral atrophy is due to aging process.
If there is no associated Memory loss or behaviour issues,no blood investigations required.
Headache may be primary headache like migraine.
Another possibility may be giant cell arteritis.
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist.
The symptoms will improve soon with medications.
Is he having sound sleep?
Is he having any street?
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information.

He does not have any other health issues so far and he doesn't sleep that deep as he wakes up on a smallest noise during his sleep. There is no stress. I haven't noticed any behavioural or memory related issues as well.
