Brief Answer:
You may use Amlong H

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You may use tab Amlong H (5/12.5) or other dose depending upon the current dosing, so let me know your current dosing of benicar and tenormin. If you need higher dosing than this then you ll have to use separately as amlodipine 5/10 mg and hydrochlorothiazide 25/50 mg.

Alternative in calcium channel blockers is cilinidipine 10 mg once or twice a day. Alternative in diuretics is chlorthalidone or torsemide.

Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
