Question : How can I differentiate between Angina pain or Gallstone pain, I suspect Angina, as it is middle of chest, centre, waves of sharp pain, which has steadily become more severe over the last week

Hello

Anginal pain usually don’t last that long however it can be on and off.

The presentation has a vast spectrum and the location of the pain is central so it’s highly advisable that you should get an ECG and an echocardiogram done on urgent basis to avoid any cardiac injury.
