Question : when I fell sick and diagnosed of prostate cancer and I undergo a surgery in the year 2015, I later traveled from Nigeria to XXXXXXX the doctors in the USA did diagnosed me and found out that I never had any history of prostate cancer that what I had was tuberculosis in my hip, so I was treated for one year and six months, 1year 6months. can I find a donor to get my testes replaced?

Hi my friend,

A testicular transplantation is not possible. Many urological departments replace the testes with implants. You will not be able to have children on your own, and you will probably receive male hormones for some time, so it is only a cosmetic procedure.
