Question : Yes, I have red itchy bumps all over my body. They wake me up at night in fits of scratching and now they are developing into patches of scaly areas that hurt. How can I get relief?

Thank you.
I suggest you to use a moisturizer, frequently. In addition I suggest you to apply a potent topical steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05 % cream, twice daily for the patches. I also suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab once every evening for symptomatic relief from itching. These are prescription medications and I advice you to kindly talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.
