Permethrin 5 percent lotion, tablet ivermectin

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

For pubic lice Permethrin 5 percent lotion is the treatment of choice.
It has to be applied on the body at night, kept for 6-8 hours and then wash it off in the morning.
This treatment has to be repeated after 10 days.
If the infection is severe you can also take tablet ivermectin 200 microgram per kilogram body weight single dose stat and this also is to be repeated after 10 days.

It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
Also wash your recently worn clothes and bed sheets in hot water.
