Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I would like to clarify few things for you regarding your medicine.

Coreg basically contains carvedilol Which is a beta blocker and there is no documentation in medical science of it being the cause of knee pain. Means it doesn’t causes knee pain .

Now taking into consideration your age group the most common cause of knee pain is osteoarthritis so I would like to suggest you to kindly consult orthopedic surgeon and get an x-ray of both of your knees done so as to identify the actual cause of pain.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
