Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I understand your concern.

First of all is important to check the cause of low red blood cells.

The suggestions on how to raise the red blood cells depend on the cause.

I suggest you to do the following examinations:

A complete blood count

An iron blood level to check for an iron deficiency anemia.

ERS level to check for an inflammation or infection in the system

A stool test and a physical examination to check for any source of hemorrhage.

Meanwhile, I suggest you to eat a healthy diet.

I suggest to consume red meat, dried foods, beans and eggs.

I also suggest to take a multivitamin supplement which should contain iron and vitamin B complex.

After the examination you should follow up with your doctor for a specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
