Question: Hi. I have been taking levosulphride 25 mg (twice a day) for IBS. I am also taking Prozac and alparozalm 0.5 mg (twice a day) for anxiety. I have been taking these medications since 20 years.
I want to reduce levosulphride since it is not helping much. How can I taper without having withdrawal effects?

Prozac daiy Alparozalm 0.5 mg 1 1 levosulphride 0.25mg 1 1 Inhibitol 1 daily Are there any long term effects of the above medicine? I experience bloating which leads to nausea anxiety headaches. i take Ansaid whenever i have a headache (about once in 10 days) on left forehead since it relieves the pain very fast. Is Ansaid safe for intermittent use or do i use some other safe medicine?

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
As explained earlier bloating is due to constipation.
Constipation causes food to ferment and releases large amount of gas.
You need to take any over the counter laxative to have regular motions.
Regards!
